This is a guided, values-centered exploration of your mortality—designed to help you reflect deeply, clarify your wishes, and create a practical, personalized end-of-life plan. The goal: peace of mind, fewer regrets, and a life lived with intention until the very end.

This work specifically includes:

  • Explore 4 branches - Transactions, Connections, Clarifications, and Celebrations

  • Develop action Items for each branch

  • Guided Advanced Directive development

  • Facilitate difficult conversations

No Regrets Facilitator

Birth and death are shared human experiences—and yet, each feels new when we face it. As an end-of-life guide, I offer compassionate, steady support to individuals and families navigating the dying process—helping you move through it with dignity, grace, and peace.
