I do this work so individuals can have the hard conversations while there's still time, and so organizations can give their people what they actually need: space, guidance, and resources to plan for and grieve inevitable loss while living fully today.

Why this work…
After 25 years of guiding clients through design thinking to envision and implement transformative futures, Taryn was invited into a new and deeply meaningful path of service.
The tragic loss of her father introduced her to the possibility of embracing the cycles of life fully, not only to enable a final transition full of love, peace, and dignity but also to enable a current life full of love, peace, and dignity. When we make space for honest talk before chaos descends, we don't just create better endings. We create more honest, connected living right now.
